Our Journey

Wahab at 74 & I at 69,had a heart attack.After a stent procedure,most would've slowed down.But not us. We changed everything: how we ate,how we moved,how we thought.Step by step,we rebuilt our health and our purpose.That journey became Platform BeliaMas,now helping seniors live stronger,longer and better.Because real success,isn't just about surviving.It's about RISING !!!

Staying one step ahead of quarterly medical tests --- watching for signs of inflamation & cardiac risk.With the help of a few evidenced-based supplements --- He rebuilt his health.He found something more.He found purpose.Today,he is part of BeliaMas Platform, helping the community live stronger,longer & better. Pak Wahab is a very special figure in BeliaMas. At the youthful age of 76,he brings not just experience, but a deep sense of purpose.Formerly a respected accountant,he has spent the past 25 years practising reflexology & touch-healing therapy --- helping countless individuals reconnect with their bodies through natural compassionate care.He believes healing is not about the body -- but also reaching out to the next generation, That's why he is also passionate about ADHD awareness & anti-vape education among our youth today.
